Meredith McRae Robertson
Meredith Robertson graduated cum laude from Clemson University in 1997 with a B.S. in Marketing. She received her J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from The University of South Carolina in 2001. While in law school, she was a member of the Environmental Law Journal and Phi Delta Phi. She received a CALI award for Legal Writing. Upon completing law school, Meredith served as law clerk to the Honorable M. Duane Shuler, South Carolina Court of Appeals. Meredith is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, District of South Carolina. She is a member of the South Carolina and Richland County Bar Associations.

David T. Collier, Jr.
David Collier graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1997 with a B.S. in Business Administration. He received his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2000. Upon completing law school, David served as a law clerk to the Honorable John L. Breeden Jr., 15th Judicial Circuit. He received a LL.M. in American Indian and Indigenous Law from the University of Tulsa in 2004. David is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the National Lesbian and Gay Law Association, the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association, and the Richland County Bar Association.
